Dream Bells Ltd. Our company has been engaged for 20 years in the development, installation, and operation of Avaya Contact Centers, PBXs, and Avaya VoIP/SIP solutions in Hungary and across Europe. We are a trusted Service Delivery Partner of Avaya, recognized for our reliability and expertise.

We are looking to fill the Senior Project Manager role with applicants who have project management experience and a telecommunications/IT technical background (not necessarily at engineering level, but with experience managing technical fields).

Responsibilities:

Project management of Avaya solutions:

Preparing, updating, and managing project plans

Participating in regular project calls

Defining project milestones, critical points, “check points”/“rollback” points together with engineers

Involving engineering resources in project planning, forming and managing project teams

Assessing the need for subcontractors and managing them

Organizing and leading “Kick-Off” meetings with the Client, securing approval of the project plan

Regularly checking project tasks, handling issues, escalating when necessary to the appropriate level/place

Coordinating internal communication and communication with the Client

Initiating and tracking orders

Using administrative tools (not required to know all at professional level): SAP, e-project, MS Project, Word, Excel, SharePoint

Organizing system handover/acceptance tests (User Acceptance Tests) with Client involvement

Securing Client approval for system handover (Completion Certificate)

Managing Client-requested changes during the project

Signaling readiness for invoicing to Finance

Requirements:

Project management experience in the field of technical IT/telecommunications

Advantage: knowledge of Avaya solutions/equipment, IT networking and/or Contact Center knowledge

Strong technical English language proficiency with above‑intermediate negotiation skills.

German language skills are a strong advantage

Windows knowledge

Category B driving license

Good problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

What we offer:

Competitive compensation package (with additional package for foreign assignments).

Salary according to the Hungarian salary average as in similar jobs but foreign assignments will be additionally negotiated.

Permanent assignment, but at least 6 months planned in advance. 3-month probation period.

Place of work:

Home Office, occasionally abroad (rarely, 1 week at a time)
