We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead our projects forward.

This role requires an individual with leadership experience in general contracting and industrial real estate development, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Design & authority coordination, technical & procurement support, budget & schedule control, site & contractor management, reporting & documentation, handover to facilities management and tenants.
• Leadership and Team Management: Leadership experience, general contracting knowledge, industrial real estate development experience, category B driving license, international experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction project management
• Leadership experience in general contracting and/or industrial real estate development
• Category B driving license
