Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below: Senior Production System SupervisorFeladatokSupport local operations management team and serve the whole project to realize business targets;Be responsible for the set-up of production support system in Hungary, ensure that all operational indicators of the KPI goals are achieved;Be responsible for several responsibilities in the Production area, including employee training system, headcount and operation budgeting and cost control, manpower planning, KPI management, employee caring system, smart factory establishment;Support customer audits;Assist in various duties to project management team and operations director. ElvárásokHigher education degree;Fluent English, Hungarian, and Chinese language skill;At least 5 years' experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector;Strong project management and problem-solving skills, cooperativeness and leadership skills;Taking on site work in Debrecen, Hungary.
