Senior Officer, Global Strategic Sourcing
Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for Vehicle/Fleet and support other categories as needed, ensuring alignment with IFRC’s Supply Chain Strategy.
Lead procurement processes, including market analysis, supplier benchmarking, RFx activities, and the establishment of long-term Framework Agreements.
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, from quote requests to PO placement, including coordination with finance for payment processes.
Engage and align with global and regional stakeholders, driving change management to implement sourcing strategies across diverse geographies.
Support supplier relationship management, including contract negotiation, conflict resolution, and supplier performance improvement programs.
Provide technical procurement review support, ensuring compliance with IFRC policies and regulations.
Monitor sourcing performance, analyze cost structures, and identify opportunities for value creation, risk reduction, and operational efficiency. Elvárások / Requirements

Demonstrate strong expertise in Vehicle/Fleet procurement, with flexibility to support IT and other categories when needed.
Ensure sourcing compliance and ethical standards in all procurement activities, following IFRC and international best practices.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and standardization within global procurement practices.
Use data-driven insights and industry analysis to inform sourcing decisions and supplier strategies.
