• Knowledge of VLAN, routing, and other network protocols
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Linux servers
• Mid-level or higher education degree in IT or a related field
• Proficient in (professional) English
• 3 years’ experience with at least one Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solution
• Knowledge of network IDS/IPS, web content & application filtering and SSL traffic inspection solutions
• Knowledge of identity and authentication solutions (eg. Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace Directory; LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, etc. )
• Knowledge of digital certificates

Desirable (but not essential)

• Knowledge of Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)
• Experience with network devices from Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, or Sophos
• Experience in creating network HLDs in MS Visio, Draw. io.
