• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC.
• Agile mindset and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Desire to help the client and solve their problem.
• Willingness to engage in continuous improvement and contribute to the project.
• Desire to motivate your colleagues by your example.
• Commitment to knowledge sharing.

Will be a plus

• Familiarity with SAFe and LeSS.
• Experience managing distributed teams.
