
Senior Internal Recruiter
Lead E2E recruitment processes
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specialized engineering skills
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and offer expert recruitment guidance
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and provide informed recommendations to hiring managers
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve strategies Elvárások / Requirements
At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on niche engineering skills
Experience in the industrial or advanced manufacturing sector
Fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes
Proficiency in sourcing strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work onsite
Experience in recruiting for Finance roles would be a plus
