We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to fill a pivotal role in our organisation as a Data Privacy Analyst. This position plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree; 1-2 years of relevant experience (project management or similar);
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal); willingness to work flexible hours;
• Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will support the global HR function in privacy and data risk tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), verifying and completing data processing details,
• Managing Cross-Border Data Clearances (CBDC) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements,
• Collaborating with stakeholders across regions, providing updates and addressing questions,
• Tracking, monitoring, and reporting project statuses, providing status updates during team and project meetings,
• Documenting project-related work and leading initiatives to drive projects forward.

Requirements: expertise in data protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications
