Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial controlling and reporting, with experience working in a pharmaceutical industry.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Provide controlling support to local Business Units, including preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in the development of Opex and headcount forecasts for designated areas.
• Oversee the opening and closing of projects, ensuring compliance with Sanofi methods and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of these forecasts, tracking headcount on a monthly basis, and comparing it to budgeted and forecasted vacancy rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, V-lookups, and macros.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven experience working across multiple internal stakeholders.
