Senior Experience Designer

Are you passionate about designing impactful user experiences that improve healthcare training and patient safety? Our partner, a rapidly growing innovator in the medical simulation industry, is looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join their team in Veszprém. As a key player in a cross-functional environment, you’ll collaborate with engineers, clinical specialists, product managers, and QA teams to shape the future of healthcare simulation. Your work will directly influence how medical professionals and students learn, train, and ultimately save lives.
Your new role
Conduct in-depth user research and translate insights into intuitive, user-centred designs.
Define and drive a UX strategy aligned with clinical and educational goals.
Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for simulation tools.
Collaborate across departments to solve complex design challenges.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to life.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of UX/CX design experience, ideally in healthcare or simulation.
Strong background in UI and design systems (Figma proficiency is a plus).
Experience with mobile-first and responsive design.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for improving healthcare education through technology.
