Job Title: Senior Digital Product Designer

• We're looking for an experienced Digital Product Designer to lead the design of our website and web applications.

This is a full-time role, and you will be responsible for creating end-to-end UX/UI designs that are responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. Your goal will be to craft intuitive interfaces that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality UX/UI designs for web applications and websites, following a mobile-first approach.
• Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Design campaign assets, such as landing pages and emails, to support digital marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate design decisions through research and usability testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, estimate, and deliver projects on time.
• Prepare production-ready handoffs and ensure pixel-perfect, accessible outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools thoughtfully for ideation, variations, and content generation.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized files and shared archives.
• Champion accessibility and quality, designing to WCAG 2. 2 AA standards where possible.
• Contribute to exploratory testing and quality assurance efforts.
