Key Responsibilities

• To lead the development and implementation of data solutions that meet the needs of the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Several years of experience in big data environments, with hands-on expertise in Hadoop ecosystem (PySpark, Airflow, HDFS, Elasticsearch).
• Strong SQL/T-SQL skills (MS SQL Server a plus), proficiency in Python, knowledge of C# and BigQuery an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps principles, practical experience with cloud platforms (GCP).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, automation, and quality assurance practices, strong leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, guiding teams).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, fluency in English; German a plus.
