• More than 12 years of professional experience in analytics and ML, including 5+ years within energy, trading, or finance.
  
• PhD or Master's degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, or a related discipline.
  
• Demonstrated track record of delivering data science solutions that produced measurable business value.
  
• Strong background in regression, ensemble methods, and time-series forecasting, with hands-on experience using Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  
• In-depth knowledge of stochastic methods and quantitative optimization in uncertain environments.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
  
• Strong coding abilities in Python and experience with end-to-end ML pipelines.
  
• Able to transform complex analyses into clear business insights, fueled by a strong commitment to renewable energy and deep interest in electricity markets and trading.
