• Master's/PhD in Data Science, CS, Statistics, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software company.
• Proven experience with ML and LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc. ) and frameworks like LangChain.
• Skilled in LLM prompting, fine-tuning, and managing training pipelines.
• Strong programming in Python (R a plus) and experience deploying on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Track record of delivering production-ready ML/AI solutions.

Bonus:

• Experience with multiple LLM models/providers.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or Data Lake/Warehouse systems.
• Strong foundation in data architecture & engineering.
