About the Role

This is a key position within our Order to Cash team, responsible for managing customer master data and ensuring process efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• As a senior analyst, you will be responsible for validating and completing master data requests while applying data governance principles. You will support the development of field names, definitions, and formulas.
• Create and update customer master data, customer hierarchy, customer assortment, business partners, and set up master data blocks on customers.
• Understand material master data fields influencing the order process and maintain transactional master data fields such as transportation zones, order information, acknowledgement outputs, invoice email addresses, license numbers, unloading points, goods receiving hours, delivery setup, delivery plant, shipping condition, and backorder attributes.
• Maintain approved Gross Price Lists in the system based on commercial policy templates, create and maintain master requests for On and Off Invoice contracts, including payment terms, and perform 4Eyes checks to ensure contract terms are well-approved in commercial policies.

Additionally, this role involves creating settlement requests for off-invoice contracts and monitoring the credit note creation process.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 3 years' experience in master data management, contract & commercial conditions management, or similar roles preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

The ideal candidate should have experience in running services within a Business Services organization, transitioning projects, and understanding commercial policies, pricing, rebates, on-off invoices, returns, and claims policies.

You will also possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, well-organized, hard-working, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure as part of a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SAP in S/4HANA, MDG, Condition Contract Management modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Fluent English and French language skills.
