Job Description
We – the Customer Correspondence Hub – are looking for a results-driven Senior Developer to drive the further development of our components and APIs within our DevOps team.
We serve as the central hub for creating customer correspondence, managing its distribution through various channels, and ensuring proper archiving afterward.

In the Customer Correspondence & Channels Hub, various contact channels of our end customers are managed. Since customers like different ways to communicate with us, e. g. via messaging, phone call or email, we in the CCC Hub are continuously working on improving the customer experience of our end customers and how they get in touch.
What you bring to the table:
- Several years of experience in backend development with Java and the Spring (Boot) framework (Senior level).
- Excellent knowledge of modern software architectures (microservices, event-driven architecture).
- Experience conducting code reviews and writing clean code.
- Several years of experience building and enhancing GitLab build/deployment pipelines.
- Several years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and HELM.
- Several years of experience with cloud environments.
- Ability to familiarize yourself with source code independently (reverse engineering).
- Strong communication skills in English.
Additional advantageous knowledge:
- Logging & monitoring tools such as Graylog and Grafana.
- Providing and evaluating metrics using Prometheus.
- Databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or MongoDB.
- Several years of experience with agile international teams (working with SAFe and Scrum).
- A team player with a strong quality mindset and a holistic perspective.
- DevOps mindset.
- Proficient in using Git, Kibana, Grafana, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD tools (e. g. , GitLab, Jenkins).
- German language skills.
