Your new role

Supports the results and transformation of the agile process in the agile software development team for a development team mainly located in Budapest

Supports and facilitates the refinement process of the Product Backlog and helps the Scrum Team understand the Product Vision/Goal.

Facilitates the sprint events with focus on team commitment to the sprint goal

Coaches the team to deliver the committed results and ensures transparency in the team, including metrics and performance monitoring

Facilitates the daily stand-ups and direct follow-ups to support the team in achieving its sprint goals

Supports cross-team communications and enables transparency and follow-up on cross-team dependencies

Removes impediments on a daily basis in a virtual team

Ensures that the completed user stories meet the definition of done

Performs the team retrospective and aims for continuous improvement in the team

Leads, encourages, and coaches the team as a servant leader; supports the team in transforming to agile software development based on Scrum.

Supports Product Owner and Business Analysts methodically and demonstrates effective practices and techniques for defining sprint goals and preparing/maintaining the product backlog.

Executes people management: monitors personal performance, provides feedback, and conducts evaluation meetings

What you'll need to succeed

You have a university degree, preferably in a technical area.

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.

You have the ability to understand business processes.

You possess the following strengths: excellent communication skills, personal initiative, a high level of quality awareness, accuracy, and team spirit.

You would like to use your excellent English skills.
