SAP experience: You have several years of experience in SAP projects, especially in the area of data migration.

Leadership skills: You have proven experience in team leadership and know how to motivate people.

Tool knowledge: You are familiar with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and/or table-based migration tools.

Communication talent: You communicate confidently in English and ideally in German.

Strategic mindset: You are capable of making decisions and driving projects forward in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
