Feladatok:
Manage order processing for small accounts
Handle return processes within the SAP system
Investigate and resolve logistic disputes and delivery issues
Apply price adjustments to customer orders as needed
Check stock availability and inform dealers accordingly
Respond to general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by the line manager
Support colleagues with routine daily tasks when required
Participate in process improvement initiatives and support implementation
Elvárások:
Active or passive student status
Advanced English knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Precision and focus when delivering tasks

Relevant work experience
German language knowledge
