Sales and project support specialist
Our partner is searching for a French speaking Sales & Project Support specialist to join their dynamic team. Experience isn't the most important thing to us - we're looking for enthusiastic people who want to learn and grow, which is why this is a great opportunity for juniors, recent graduates and career changers.
Coordinate and Contribute: Support a range of activities from purchase orders to accounts payable - billing phase
Product Setup: Configure and maintain accurate product data in company systems.
Ensure smooth communication with installation teams.
Project Planning: Create and monitor project plans, manage stock reassignment, facilitate communication, and resolve issues
Delivery Coordination: Ensure alignment between planned delivery dates and customer expectations, coordinating with customers
Shipping Process: Launch loading plans, manage transfer between locations and coordinate internal functions to resolve any delivery issues
Return process: Handle returns, rework, and ensure proper processing of returned items Elvárások / Requirements
0-3 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
Open personality with a strong desire to learn
