RTR Team Leader
Our partner company is looking for a RTR Team Leader in Budapest with hybrid work. Apart from the operational and accounting tasks, you’ll have the chance to support the daily work and development of the team of 6-8 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management tasks for your team (staffing, coaching, training)
- Manage accounting activities, issue resolution and process improvement
- Support monthly, quarterly and year-end close
- Participate in new projects and process improvement
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant Certification or BSC degree in accounting or finance
- 4-6 years of experience in General Ledger or RTR accounting
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Experience in people management is a plus
- Proactive, team player
- Good communicational and organisational skills.
