Develop and deploy bots using Automation Anywhere to improve business efficiency
Assess processes, identify automation opportunities, and document workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure automation aligns with business needs
Test, deploy, and manage bots, ensuring seamless integration
Administer and maintain the Automation Anywhere platform, troubleshooting issues as needed
Document processes for audits and compliance
Mentor team members and support a Citizen Developer program for low-code/no-code automation
Assist with Microsoft Power Platform rollout and app development
Stay updated on Automation Anywhere advancements to implement best practices

Elvárások / Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT or related field
3-5 years of experience in RPA development within a corporate setting
RPA certifications, especially in Automation Anywhere
Experience with RPA development using Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar tools
Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability to optimize automation solutions
Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Continuous learning mindset in RPA and emerging technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
