Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Handling inbound calls (mostly) and some chat/email support
- Assisting German-speaking customers with issues related to insurance, road assistance, accidents, and breakdowns
- Communicating with foreign authorities to solve urgent cases
- Supporting various client needs related to mobility services
Elvárások / Requirements
- Fluent German (C2 level) – a must
Basic English – enough to communicate internallyű
Willingness to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays – with flexible planning)
Customer service experience is a plus but not required – fresh graduates are also welcome!
