Feladatok:

Efficiently support processes and systems, ensuring accurate and secure data entry, storage, retrieval, and maintenance.

Monitor performance against key metrics (customer satisfaction, service levels, accuracy).

Assist teams with proper use of IT systems.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, supporting operational excellence and a continuous improvement culture.

Follow BP HSSE policies and comply with GBS Europe QMS system requirements.

Elvárások:

Active Hungarian student status with at least 1 year remaining (BA or MA in Economics, Finance & Accounting, or related field)

Strong understanding of business requirements and strategy

Fluency in English and Portuguese

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Reliable under pressure with strong attention to detail

Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative

Strong stakeholder focus with effective relationship-building and negotiation skills

Creative thinker with the ability to see the big picture

Strong numerical skills and ability to work with formulas quickly
