The Requirements Engineer is the bridge between the business and analytics. Requirements Engineer is the main contact person for business stakeholders, translates business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic vision. The role requires explaining the envisioned solution and its possibilities and limitations to the stakeholders as the technical solutions itself is proposed. Proposing different technical option compared to what was asked is to ensure additional value-add of original request.

Your tasks:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements

Designs detailed technical solutions to achieve project goals

Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks for implementing solutions

Collaborates closely with development teams to oversee solution implementation

Evaluates project constraints to identify alternatives, mitigate risks, and potentially re-engineer processes

Analyze solution performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure efficiency and scalability

Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation and operation

Document solution designs, provide training and support to developers, and advocate for process improvements

Requirements

Completed university studies with a focus on Business & administration, data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent

Fluency in English

5-7 years professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial or operational reporting

Possess a high level of technical literacy and the ability to analyze in detail

Extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time

Experience with project leadership and storytelling type presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Possess excellent problem-solving attitude, and ability to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations
