• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Metallurgical Eng. etc)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience and knowledge in Quality Management Systems ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 
• Experience and/or knowledge in Quality Core Tools and 5S (Process Flow Diagram, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC, MSA etc. )
• Strong competencies in problem-solving & root cause analysis, planning, communication, follow-up and coordination under stress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good Command in Microsoft Office programs, preferably able to use SAP
• Team oriented and results focused
• Strong communication skills 
• No restrictions to travel

• Ensuring that the Quality and Food Management System is implemented in a way that prevents nonconformities in line with customer demands and requirements, monitoring and improving its effectiveness.
• Ensuring that activities related to verifying that the products produced are manufactured in accordance with national/international standards are effectively carried out, controlled, monitored and documented.
• Implementation of problem-solving techniques and leading corrective and preventive action initiation, execution and verification for the nonconformities originated by internal (process nonconformities) and external sources (supplier and customer nonconformities)
• Implementation of blockage management and nonconformance reporting processes for quality control operations of manufactured goods
• Ensures that process risks are minimized with FMEA techniques, control plans are implemented through processes and required countermeasures are in place to secure sustainable processes 
• Taking active role with relevant departments to operate with minimum losses through statistical analysis of data sets and develop improvement projects / actions
• Responsible for ensuring and developing the quality management model requirements and implementation through plant operations
• Taking active role in quality performance and process improvement studies such as 6Sigma, Kaizen
• Initiates initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction through plant operations
• Evaluating the performance of the quality control system and reporting to management
• Taking active role in global quality projects of Sisecam in-line with business plans
