We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Security Governance Analyst to join our security team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring organizational compliance with security standards, supporting authentication processes, and driving information security best practices across business units.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks to ensure alignment with internal security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

   

   

• Monitor compliance with security procedures and identify areas for improvement across the organization

• Manage and maintain authentication policies, controls, and procedures, particularly in relation to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Assess information security risks, collect and analyze evidence, and recommend mitigation strategies

• Support and contribute to workflow and process redesign initiatives related to information security

• Collaborate with internal application teams to ensure alignment and compliance with security expectations

• Lead and participate in meetings to communicate security-related topics and promote a culture of safe IS practices

• Educate internal stakeholders on evolving information security requirements and best practices

• Validate compliance with IS policies and coordinate resolution of security-related issues with relevant business units

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in information security, risk management, or governance

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Confident in influencing and managing cross-functional relationships

• Able to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision

• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with security frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory standards is an advantage
