Your new role

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s EMEA procurement strategy. You will lead high-impact sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to procurement operations.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in strategic procurement or category management

Strong understanding of global sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiation

Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive cost optimization

Experience in a matrixed, international organization

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

A proactive, accountable, and collaborative mindset
