Your new role
As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s EMEA procurement strategy. You will lead high-impact sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to procurement operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in strategic procurement or category management
- Strong understanding of global sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiation
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive cost optimization
- Experience in a matrixed, international organization
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- A proactive, accountable, and collaborative mindset
