Site & contractor management
Reporting & documentation
Handover to FM and tenants
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in civil or architectural engineering, or other relevant qualification
Several years of leadership experience in general contracting and/or industrial real estate development
Category B driving license
Fluent in English and Hungarian
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel and work on-site
International experience is an advantage
