Our partner company has recently secured a prestigious new Korean client. We are looking for an engineer who is confident in navigating Korean business culture, speaks Korean and English fluently, and can bridge Hungarian engineering expertise with Korean expectations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent Korean and English skills (Hungarian is an advantage but not required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Intercultural & Diplomatic Communication
• Respects and navigates both Hungarian and Korean business cultures diplomatically
• Responds quickly and effectively to Korean client needs
• Documents clearly, reports proactively, and maintains deadlines consistently
• Professionally confident while respecting Korean hierarchy and communication norms
• Patient, culturally aware, and able to sustain harmonious communication
• Reliable, consistent, and a strong team player
