Join our Diversity in Clinical Trials (DICT) global team as Project Specialist – Diversity in Clinical Trials and you’ll support coordination activities for strategic projects, ensuring the efficient execution of processes and frameworks preferably through Agile methodologies. This role is responsible for supporting administrative tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to align with business goals. You will proactively track project milestones, report on risks, and continuously optimize processes to ensure successful completion of DICT programs.
M ain responsibilities:
Administrative:
- Support submissions (e. g Medical and Marketing Review Committee) for scientific congresses and patient-facing materials, legal, compliance, and data privacy reviews
- Manage contracts and purchase orders with vendors and external partners
- Schedule team meetings and minutes
Project Planning and Tracking:
- Co-develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that map out activities, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and responsibilities
- Promote collaboration and alignment among various, cross-functional teams; facilitate cross-functional communication and understanding
- Document management: maintain, organize and update materials in collaborative workspaces
- Track project progress, ensure transparency and visibility of project progress, interdependencies, and bottlenecks across teams and stakeholders. Facilitate information flow and feedback loops to enable data-driven decision-making
- Support team initiatives and objectives, identify and recommend process improvements and other value-added initiatives
About you
Experience :
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
- Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional projects
- Experience working with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver complex projects is desirable
Soft skills :
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams, with effective inter-personal skills ensuring alignment, clear communication, and efficient execution of activities in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses excellent communication and time management skills, effectively balancing multiple tasks while keeping stakeholders informed of project goals, updates, and risks
Technical skills :
- Ability to maintain project schedules, tracking key milestones, and ensuring dates are consistently updated and communicated.
- Strong skills in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact timelines or project success.
- Ability to update detailed project reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders, clearly highlighting project status, risks, and next steps
- Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, or Lean is an asset
- MS office (including Teams, SharePoint) and project management tools
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree
Languages : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
