Your new role 

• Managing and prioritizing the agile team backlog in collaboration with the customer and other product owners for the new terminal software product
• Acting as a customer/project owner with the goal of having one product owner responsible for one customer/project
• Besides the project, you will also be responsible for add-on sales/change requests during the maintenance phase.
• Bundles requirements in backlog by creating/maintaining the epics/stories. If required, manage business analysts/spec writers to create epics/stories and other specifications as required by the customer.
• Align user stories with customers to ensure their expectations are met while fitting the product scope; if required, develop alternative technical options.
• Manage user story dependencies with interfacing internal/external teams such as the backend system, terminal support systems and infrastructure teams
• Reviewing/prioritizing the backlog to ensure that end-to-end features can be implemented “in time”
• Refining the backlog with the goal that they meet the criteria of “Definition of ready”
• Plan and manage deliveries (including pre-deliveries/demos) to the customer to collect early feedback and share with the team.
• Support presales/sales teams in identifying gaps/change request estimates
• Manage and conduct estimate reviews (new opportunities/new epics)

What you'll need to succeed 

• You have BSC degree preferable in technical area
• You have min. 4-5 years of experience in software development including at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• You have ability to understand new business processes and lottery domain expertise
• You have the following strengths: excellent communication skills, personal initiative, high level of quality awareness, accuracy and team spirit
• You would like to use your excellent English and German on a daily basis.
