We are seeking a Product Expert to drive business growth and success by delivering innovative solutions and excellent customer experiences. As a key member of our Professional Services Team, you will play a crucial role in implementing large-scale projects that meet customer goals.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading technical workshops and configuring the loyalty management platform to achieve desired outcomes
2. Delivering smaller-scale projects independently, leveraging expertise in Agile environments, software development processes, and tools like JIRA or Asana
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional results

Qualifications for this position include:

1. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
2. Experience working in Agile environments, software development processes, and using tools like JIRA or Asana
3. Positive, collaborative approach to team work and excellent communication skills

Nice-to-haves include an understanding of web technologies, databases, and loyalty business use cases, as well as experience with customer life-cycle and SAAS companies.
