About This Role

We're looking for a skilled Product Designer to contribute to the development of exceptional product experiences.

Your primary focus will be on designing and delivering brilliant and delightful product experiences that meet the needs of our users. You'll have direct contact with customers to understand their requirements and evaluate customer research to inform your design decisions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of aggregated commercial experience working as a Product Designer on digital products. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and ability to translate complex requirements into modern, accessible, and inviting experiences is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver consistently brilliant and delightful product experiences within a cross-functional team
• Establish and evolve effective design practice within your work context
• Plan your work, set expectations correctly, and delegate where necessary
• Document and communicate your work efficiently and effectively to various stakeholders and colleagues
• Understand and be conversant with core visual design principles
• Experience working with design systems is a plus
