Feladatok:

Assist in creating and updating the Global Process Owner (GPO) playbook

Conduct research to enhance user experience on digital platforms

Support the GPO team in managing activities and projects

Develop learning paths for different business units

Automate procurement guidance within the Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system

Use Signavio software for process mapping and mining

Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze industry trends

Document and implement project management best practices

Perform business analysis on contracting activities

Conduct market analysis on risk management systems

Elvárások:

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months

Fluency in English both written and verbal

Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point etc. )

Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Team player, able to work with a multi-country and discipline team

Előnyt jelent:

Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Ariba, SAP, Fieldglass)
