Job Title:** Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving excellence by standardizing processes, ensuring adherence to documentation standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Impact:

• Drive process standardization and simplification initiatives while building LEAN capabilities across teams.
• Manage the CI Project Portfolio: coordinate, monitor, and quantify process improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic improvement projects aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by standardizing processes and ensuring adherence to documentation standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead initiatives that standardize, simplify, and digitalize critical business processes.
3. Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.
4. Maintain accurate records of process performance and report to leadership on project status, risks, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Fluent English required.
