YOUR ROLE

As a Principal Process Engineer for Injection Moulding, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and standardizing injection moulding production technology. You will lead cross-functional, international teams and drive cutting-edge innovations that ensure a future-proof production technology portfolio

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Development & Standardization:

Enhance and unify Injection Moulding processes across all sites.

Technical Expertise:

Conduct experiments, investigations, and process evaluations to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

Technology Innovation:

Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating new materials, methods, and machinery in collaboration with R&D, Production, and Engineering teams.

Project Leadership:

Manage and coordinate international, interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful execution.

Knowledge Management:

Lead and design global knowledge exchange within the Injection Moulding community.

YOUR PROFILE

Graduation in engineering (e. g. mechanical, materials, process), plastic or production technology, science (physics, chemistry) or similar technical education.

5-10+ years in Plastic Injection Moulding process engineering.

Expertise in Mould Design, Mould Materials, and related Process Development.

Experience in technology benchmarking, DoE, and process standardization.

Proven ability to manage international projects across multiple locations

KEY SKILLS

Fluent English (written & spoken) is required.

German language skills are an advantage.

Deep expertise in Injection Moulding technology and its industrial applications.

Strong knowledge of design, manufacturing processes, failure types, and countermeasures.

Passion for technological innovation and continuous improvement
