• Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact
• Own customer issues, from start to finish
• Manage the inquiry to invoice process
• Optimize business margin contribution throughout inquiry to cash cycle
• Gain knowledge of customer business and document insights in CRM
• Maintain all relevant customer-related master data

• You have fluent Portuguese and English language knowledge
• You have minimum 4 years of experience in Order Management / Vendor Management / Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer Service (Communication with Enterprise level client) or in another related role
• You have strong communication and analytical skills
• You have an agile and eager to learn personality
