We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Sales Support Specialist for our worldwide-known multinational partner. The company provides a professional working environment to advance your career! Both fresh graduates and senior candidates are welcome for the position.

As a Sales Support Specialist, your main tasks are:

Working closely with the Logistics and Sales departments,

Proceeding the orders to the SAP system,

Creating and monitoring deliveries,

Holding contact with the partners,

Updating the Client’s data.

Making reports and performing ad hoc administrative tasks

You are the ideal candidate for the position if you have:

University Degree,

Good and effective communication skills,

Intermediate level Portuguese and stable English language knowledge,

Reliable and focused work attitude,

Microsoft Excel skills.
