Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates for Portuguese-speaking First Line Analyst position with hybrid working option in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
Support the customers using your outstanding language skills
Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chat
Solve the requested IT-related issues of the customers
Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:
High school diploma
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
Can-do attitude, outstanding problem-solving skills
