Feladatok:

Monitor data across the firm using Aladdin’s Thresholds Reporting System

Investigate data and prepare accurate reports (e. g. , Major Shareholding, Net Short Selling, Takeover Panel) to regulators and companies within prescribed timelines

Maintain clear records of reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Review system reports and reconcile data to identify investment limits

Support process optimization and automation initiatives, ensuring procedures are documented and quality controls are maintained

Become acquainted with BlackRock’s various Aladdin applications, trade flow process, and data environment

Investigate or troubleshoot potential errors when needed

Elvárások:

The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Software development, Finance, Economics, or any related field

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential

Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. )

Knowledge of financial instruments and markets is helpful, although not required,

Knowledge of programming languages (such as Visual Basic, C++, or Java) and an understanding of relational database concepts (including SQL) are beneficial.

Munkaidő:

Availability to work 30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
