
People Services Team Lead

What to expect
As the Team Lead you will be responsible to establish, lead and further develop the FIBS 'Hire to Retire' service delivery team. You will lead a team of 8-10 professionals and will be actively involved in transition of the positions to Hungary.
leadership, control and coordination of tasks (task distribution, review, coaching, motivation, training etc)
ensure data quality in the personnel system
execution and monitoring of payroll processes
ensure the recording, optimization and documentation of the entire personnel processes, if necessary, within the scope of projects and in cooperation with other departments, e. g: local HR
determination of annual bonus and premium amounts and preparation of individual employee letters
continuous quality control of payroll accounting and T&E reports
implementation of new legal requirements for the payroll department
further develop service delivery portfolio for people services and talent acquisition team
collaborate closely with the team in Germany
What convinces us
excellent English language skills
strong background and understanding of HR services functions with strong experience in people management
preferably having a Shared Services background
experience in transformation projects, process optimization and quality management is beneficial
ability to function and thrive in a new field and being able to set up new processes and teams
agile, 'can do' attitude
ability to cooperate within an international environment
excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire
excellent communication skills, strong commitment and motivation
German language knowledge is a plus
