As People Services Senior Specialist within our People Services team, you will be acting as a key contact on HR processes for employees at all level, providing expertise on a wide range of topics, such as on and offboarding, job changes, hiring, absences, time & attendance, HR tools, Talent & Performance etc. & support the employees throughout their journey at Sanofi.

With respect to People Services (PS) operations in the Budapest Hub, the following areas are covered on a European or Global scale
People Life Cycle Management
Knowledge Base Management and Employee Query Handling
External Workforce Management
Global Learning Services
Quality, Performance, Employee Master Data & Reporting
Mobility Services
Main responsibilities Administer termination activities, ensure smooth & compliant off-boarding, including conducting an exit interview to check employee understanding of insurance/social security topics and gather feedback
Take part in projects as Subject Matter Expert, ensuring necessary support is provided as agreed during the project planning
Absenteeism Management - Conduct interviews and ensure return to work
Coordinate rewards, mobility and payroll-related activities and information with the various stakeholders (People & Culture, Legal, CoE Business Partners, Payroll Partners and People Services front line teams in local countries, etc. )
Collect data from various stakeholders and consolidate for payroll, provide a monthly overview on all contractual changes, new hires and exits as well as unpaid leaves
Manage contract updates/ contract amendments, if required
Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines, collective agreement, labor law and social security law
Knowledge and experience in applying German labour law , collective agreements and GSA Sanofi local agreements
About you
Experience
Knowledge and experience in applying German labour law and collective agreements
Broad understanding of complex HR processes and activities
German Payroll/HR experience is advantage
Soft and technical skills
Self-motivated & result-driven, with a strong ambition and commitment to delivering high quality services
Strong customer centricity & ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with HR front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
Organized and structured to efficiently manage priorities and workflow
Attentive to detail and works with precision
Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e. g. Workday & ServiceNow
SAP system experience is advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel
Education
Graduate or master's degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
Languages
Fluent in English and German (min. C1)
