• Order entry
• Order-book management
• Answering customer/ sales representatives, inquiries and requests
• Contact with planning, order desk (OD), supply chain and transport
• Manage invoicing, claims, returns, credit notes
• Second point of contact for incoming calls
• Provide support to Customer Service Desk (CSD) & local sales team and internal/ external customer
• Understand local market specifics and follow environmental changes
• Maintain customer master data liaising with Central Data Maintenance (CDM)
• Support Sales activities according to agreed process
• Work towards reaching team and individual KPI’s
• Follow LEAN working principles, continuous improvement and identify non-value added activities in day-to-day job
• Call handling- Back up CSD local if needed

• Swedish and English language knowledge on professional level
• Basic MS Excel knowledge

• Customer Service Desk (CSD)/ Order to Cash (OTC) experience
• ERP knowledge and experience
