Order Coordinator
These are your tasks:
customer order creation and order management in ERP system
keep in contact with relevant departments
complaint handling
making evaluation reports
logistics activities in cooperation with colleagues at our mother company
dealing with issues regarding to occurring wrong shipments
Who we are looking for:
university degree or relevant professional experience
fluent written and verbal language skills in German
good written and verbal language skills in English
strong communication skills
proficiency in MS Office applications
excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
