As a seasoned Delivery Manager, you will oversee contract execution and ensure optimization for both clients and the company throughout the contract period.

You will manage customer setup in our SAP systems, conduct onboarding, offboarding, and change processes for customers, process invoices in our OSS/BSS systems to guarantee automated provisioning and billing, and ensure adherence to established standards and processes across the delivery cycle.

In addition, you will procure services for clients at optimal price and quality, manage tenders for supplier selection, and contracts with chosen ones, reduce costs, apply proven methodologies, techniques, and processes of managing projects, customers, and suppliers, and implement cost-effective solutions.

Key requirements include project management expertise, ITIL knowledge, CSM skills, Project Management Professional certification, AWS and Azure proficiency, and exceptional communication skills.
