What You’ll Do:

Lead supplier delivery performance and resolve material gaps across short- and long-term horizons.

Negotiate volume commitments, consignment models, and frozen horizon agreements with key suppliers.

Manage supply chain risks during product ramp-ups, phase-outs, and new product launches.

Drive supplier evaluations and corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Represent supply chain topics in supplier QBRs and internal decision boards.

Lead task forces and process improvement initiatives during disruptions.

What You Bring:

8+ years in supply chain or procurement, ideally in a global manufacturing environment.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex supplier relationships.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Nice to have:

Automotive industry experience

Lean Six Sigma / Agile methodology exposure

SAP MM, IBP knowledge is a plus.
