Drive Excellence in Operations and Process Optimization

This strategic role positions you as a key change agent within our organization, instrumental in transforming operations through standardization, harmonization, and process optimization.

You will drive excellence by standardizing processes, ensuring adherence to documentation standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Process Standardization and Simplification: Lead initiatives to standardize and simplify critical business processes to deliver measurable value to the organization.
• Continuous Improvement Culture: Facilitate CI training programs to develop employee competencies in LEAN methodologies, identify process improvement and automation opportunities, and provide mentorship to teams implementing smaller process improvement initiatives.
• Process Performance Monitoring: Deliver insightful reports to leadership on project status, risks, and performance metrics, develop and monitor KPIs that measure process efficiency, delivery performance, and value creation, and identify trends and opportunities for operational excellence.
• Collaboration with Global Process Owners: Ensure adherence to Core Model across service lines in partnership with Global Process Experts, reduce fragmented scope and drive enhancement initiatives on behalf of SD teams, lead Knowledge Management initiatives and process documentation simplification, and manage Process and activity catalogue.

Risk Management & Controls: Coordinate internal control documentation implementation and maintenance, support audit preparation and serve as an escalation point during audits, partner with Internal Control and Internal Audit stakeholders to address compliance requirements, and develop and implement action plans to address audit findings.
