
Multilingual Customer Service Representative or IT Helpdesk Analyst
Our business partner is looking for new Multilingual Customer Service Representatives and IT Helpdesk Analysts. If you are interested in the field of Customer Care and working in a fast paced environment and you have excellent communication and problem solving skills then our offer is for you!
Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)
Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution.
Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
Cooperating with other departments (e. g. sales)
Escalate issues as needed per client procedures.
Ensure data privacy compliance.
Maintain positive communication with customers, team, and partners. Elvárások / Requirements
Full professional proficiency in English and any of the following languages: French, German, Polish, Italian, Portuguese (written and spoken)
Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support or similar field is an advantage but we also welcome entry-level candidates!
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Highly customer focused attitude
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent time and people management skills
A High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement, College level preferred.
